Service Contract Programme
To ensure that your equipment is in top operating condition, preventative maintenance should be performed at regular intervals.
To achieve this objective, we offer a range of service contracts to best meet your requirements.
A service contract can cover both preventative and corrective maintenance on a planned and emergency basis. Service contracts can be tailored to suit your needs; please contact us for more information.
The advantage of our service contract programme is assurance of knowing that your equipment will operate efficiently and in accordance to factory specifications. Many institutions find that contracts are an excellent way to budget yearly service cost. During preventative maintenance visits, Mindray service representatives inspect, test and calibrate equipment according to prescribed procedures. They check functional components and repair or replace parts as required.
The costs of our contracts are based on the option(s) chosen, the number and type of units covered and the length of the agreement.
Loan Equipment Programme
To make sure that you are never without the use of your equipment, loan units are available.
If your unit is ever removed from service, we will gladly provide a loan unit, for use until your equipment is returned to you.
Mindray will provide this unique loan programme to ensure the continuous and reliable use of our equipment.
Rental Equipment Programme
To support peak periods or emergencies, whenever you’re faced with the need for additional equipment, your Mindray Service team can assist.

Biomedical Technical Training
Mindray offer advanced biomedical technical training to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefit from your Mindray products.
Standard in all courses is “Hands-On” training, covering functional concepts, operation and preventive maintenance. Advanced courses will include calibration , troubleshooting practice, comprehensive assembly/disassembly, factory menus and network setup.
Our technical training courses will enable you to:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration in accordance with recommended factory procedures.
- Analyse, isolate and correct any operator or product malfunction.
- Instruct users to safely operate and maintain their Mindray products.
- Consult with medical staff to maximize the effectiveness of their Mindray instrumentation.
Our service courses are attended by biomedical equipment technicians, biomedical engineers and other personnel responsible for the use and maintenance of Mindray equipment.
The costs of our technical training courses are based on the level and type of training required. We can tailor our courses to meet the needs and experience of the biomedical technicians attending.
