Mindray uses only factory supplied service parts, diagnostic software, preventive maintenance kits and accessories. Our service tools & test equipment are calibrated to ISO 9001 quality standards.   This enables us to ensure the consistently reliable and safe performance you have come to expect from our products.

Mindray service stock is automatically replenished to ensure that our warehouse has a full complement of repair parts at all times.  Computerised stock replenishment assures the fastest possible delivery of parts.

The advantage of our service contract programme is assurance of knowing that your equipment will operate efficiently and in accordance to factory specifications.  Many institutions find that contracts are an excellent way to budget yearly service cost.  During preventative maintenance visits, Mindray service representatives inspect, test and calibrate equipment according to prescribed procedures.  They check functional components and repair or replace parts as required.

The costs of our contracts are based on the option(s) chosen, the number and type of units covered and the length of the agreement.

Biomedical Technical Training

Mindray offer advanced biomedical technical training to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefit from your Mindray products.

Standard in all courses is “Hands-On” training, covering functional concepts, operation and preventive maintenance.  Advanced courses will include calibration , troubleshooting practice, comprehensive assembly/disassembly, factory menus and network setup.
